The Virginia Agriculture Leaders Obtaining Results Program (VALOR), initiated fellowship participants with an orientation agenda held on the Virginia Tech campus September 5-7, 2014.  Among other guest speakers, Sandy Adams, Virginia Commissioner of Agriculture and Consumer Services, gave an overview of Virginia's agriculture industry.
