Lending Team Leader, Harrisonburg Farm Credit
Adam Shiflett is the Commercial Agriculture Lending Team Leader in the Harrisonburg office of Farm Credit of the Virginias. He has been a loan officer in the commercial agriculture business line for 15 years. He grew up on a poultry, sheep, and beef cattle family farm in Augusta County and now helps finance production farms and agribusinesses every day. Adam graduated Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics and recently went back to school to obtain his Master’s degree from Purdue University in Food and Agribusiness Management and an MBA from Indiana University. He is a 4-H and FFA volunteer and works with students on the local and state level. Adam is married to his wife Sara and has a 7 year old son Luke that loves riding on the antique tractors that Adam collects.
