Amy Fannon Byington

Amy is from the community of Hickory Flats in Lee County. Amy received a Bachelors and Master Degree in Crop & Soil-Environmental Science from Virginia Tech. She is the Lee County Agriculture Extension Agent and formerly worked in Wise County. Amy also farms with her family raising pumpkins, sheep, corn, and alfalfa hay and assists on her husband, Chris’, family’s beef cattle farm. She is passionate about her community and agriculture!
